To start this change, it is essential that you commit yourself to all the steps and be constant and persistent. There will be days when you don’t feel like doing anything, or you may want to skip something in order to start the change, but we advise you to re-read the list of pros and cons and visualise your goals.

FIND WHAT SUITS YOU BEST

You don’t need to restrict yourself from foods you love. We advise you to see a specialist and tell them about your goals. If not, you can read a lot of food advice on the internet and look for the foods that best suit you, your body and your goals.

It is important to plan ahead. To do this you can create a weekly or even monthly menu where you put the meals you are going to eat according to the previously established in the previous step, and do not skip it!

Rest is essential. In order to be able to perform well in your day-to-day life, you need to sleep as well as possible. For this, it is necessary that you have a suitable mattress that adapts to your body, a comfortable pillow and a light-free space. In addition, it is important that you get the number of hours of rest that corresponds to your age, in the case of adults between 7 and 9 hours.

This type of change does not happen instantly… you have to wait. Your body has to adapt, which is why it is not advisable to expect to do high-intensity sport from day one.

And last but not least: enjoy! Remember that you are doing this solely and exclusively for you. It is a change that you will be grateful for and you will start to feel better about yourself, but it is useless if you do not enjoy the process of change.
