Dessert recipes with Programmable Cooker

Pumpkin pie
This cake is ideal to end a gathering with friends, enjoy this sweet treat with your guests, they will want to come back for more!
Necessary ingredients
600 g of pumpkin
1 plain yoghurt
4 eggs
2 cups of sugar
3 cups of flour
1 glass of oil
1 sachet of yeast
Cinnamon to taste
(Measure with the yoghurt cup for the rest of the ingredients).
How to prepare
1. Peel and cut the pumpkin into pieces and place in the pot. Add water until the pumpkin chunks are completely covered and set the cooking mode to 100 degrees for half an hour. Then remove the pan from the pot and drain the pumpkin.
2. Add the rest of the ingredients in a bowl, in the following order, add the yoghurt, oil and eggs, mix well and start adding the sugar while mixing, finally add the sifted flour, this way we will avoid lumps in the mixture. Finally add the yeast and cinnamon to taste.
3. Once you have a homogeneous mixture, grease the pan and add the mixture, set the pan on cake mode at 150 degrees for 1 hour and 30 minutes. Before finishing, check that the sponge cake is well done by pricking it with a toothpick or a knife.
4. Leave to stand until cool and ready to enjoy.
Chocolate sponge cake
If you are an unconditional chocolate lover, this cake is for you. Treat yourself and enjoy this sweet dessert.
Necessary ingredients
1 sweetened Greek yoghurt
1 glass of oil
1 glass of sugar
3 cups of flour
1 sachet of baking powder
100 gr chocolate
4 eggs
Butter to grease the pan
(Measure with the yoghurt cup for the rest of the ingredients).
How to prepare
1. Break the chocolate into small pieces. Add the rest of the ingredients in a bowl in the following order. First add the eggs and sugar, mix and add the Greek yoghurt and oil. Next, add the sifted flour to avoid lumps, then add the baking powder, finally add the chocolate pieces and mix.
2. When the mixture is completely homogeneous, grease the pan so that the sponge cake does not stick and set the pan on cake mode at 160 degrees for 1 hour. During the last 10 minutes, check that the cake is completely cooked with a toothpick or a knife. If the top of the cake is not golden brown, we can turn the cake over and bake it for another 10 minutes so that it browns on both sides.
3. Remove the pan from the pot and leave the sponge cake to rest until it cools, once it has cooled, you can enjoy this delicacy.
Orange sponge cake
This refreshing orange sponge cake is perfect for breakfasts and snacks, it is very simple and quick, you will no longer have any excuse to make homemade desserts.
Necessary ingredients
1 orange
3 glasses of sugar
3 cups of flour
4 eggs
1 and ¼ cups of oil
1 sachet of baking powder
(We measure with a glass of yoghurt for the rest of the ingredients).
How to prepare
1. Wash the orange and grate it completely in order to integrate it into the mixture, add the eggs, sugar, oil and yeast. Mix until a homogeneous texture is obtained and finally add the sifted flour so that no lumps are created in the mixture.
2. Grease the pan with butter and add the mixture. We program the pan for 1 hour at 150 degrees. During the last 10 minutes, check that the sponge cake is baking correctly by pricking it with a toothpick or a knife.
3. Leave to cool and ready to serve.
